This is for those who have always been fascinated by the potter’s wheel. Our Potter will demonstrate how a pot is made, basics of wheel-thrown pottery- centering, pulling walls, shaping and trimming. And help you experience creating with clay. By the end of the course, you will be able to make functional pots on your own

Ceramic Pottery:

Understand Ceramics while also learning the basics of wheel thrown pottery & hand building

Learn how a glaze is used, learn various glaze application techniques like spraying, brushwork, etc., and work with our broad range of under-glaze and glaze colors to truly accentuate your ceramic art.

This course is your first step on the journey to discovering, working with and developing glazes.

These sessions can be adapted to a variety of skill levels, from simple, fun designs for kids to intricate folk art techniques for adults. This course can be taken as an add on with the pottery wheel class, so that you can carve and decorate the pots you make yourself or separately where the trainer will make the pots for you to carve and sculpt

Studio Members with the Membership can access the studio during our regular business hours except during scheduled class hours. You will have full access to our studio pottery wheels; tools and can opt to fire some of the articles that are created at our studio facility for free, max up to one load per month.
